Charles R. Huber, Jr. served his country on actve duty in the United States Army from 1973 to 1977, and was honorably discharged. He served as an armor platoon leader and a staff officer at battalion, brigade and division levels.
Charles R. Huber, Jr. advises nonprofit organizations on questions about governance and management, because he believes in the importance of capacity building in charitable organizations.
For a fee, Charles R. Huber, Jr. advises and consults with individuals who want to form nonprofit corporations about Texas law on formation and about the application for recognition of exemption as a charitable organization submitted to the Internal Revenue Service, including assisting in the preparation of bylaws and policies necessary for governmental approvals of charitable status.
